The tour guide will meet you at the stop around 8:00 PM. Please click on the blue font to view the specific list of pick-up and drop off hotels. Due to city traffic and possible stops along the way, we suggest guests get to the gathering spot 10–15 minutes ahead of the scheduled pick-up time.
During the trip, we will go to [One Park, Two Islands, Three Falls], go deep into Niagara Falls Park, and see a wide variety of exotic flowers and trees up close; stand on two islands - Ram Island and Moon Island, and appreciate the magnificence of the Water of Thor from multiple angles in the dark; see the three major waterfalls - Horseshoe Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and American Falls, and feel the majestic momentum of nature presented by the different faces of the waterfalls under the illumination of colorful neon lights. And it is guaranteed that guests can watch the fireworks show at the waterfall on that day (except that there is no fireworks show on that day).

Niagara Falls
The name of Niagara Falls comes from the Indian language, which means "water of the god of thunder". It is the general name of three waterfalls on the Niagara River in the Great Lakes region of North America. It is known as the world's three major transnational waterfalls along with Iguazu Falls and Victoria Falls. Niagara Falls is famous for its beautiful scenery, huge hydroelectric power generation capacity and extremely challenging environmental protection projects. The entire waterfall spans Ontario, Canada and New York State, USA, forming the Niagara Gorge in the south. Among them, the Horseshoe Falls is located on the border between the United States and Canada, and the American Falls are all located in the United States and separated by Goat Island. The smaller Bridal Veil Falls is also in the United States, separated from the American Falls by Luna Island.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Persons under 18 and children must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors or children are not allowed; pregnant women must not exceed 24 weeks of pregnancy.
- Accurate and complete booking information is required, including name, gender, valid contact (preferably mobile), and group meeting point to avoid travel disruption.
- Group members must purchase tickets collectively; self-provided tickets or CityPass use is prohibited. Ticket prices may change based on official announcements.
- Tour guides or drivers may adjust itinerary order and timing due to weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable factors to ensure smooth operation.
- If attractions are temporarily closed or closed on holidays, substitutions to other attractions will be arranged to maintain itinerary richness.
- Children under 8 years old must use a safety seat; rental service is available at $10/person/day and must be requested in advance.
- Guests must strictly follow the assembly time; if arrival exceeds 10 minutes late, the vehicle will depart and no longer wait.
- Drivers have the right to change vehicles and assign different guides along the route.
- Travelers must carry valid ID and electronic itinerary; this product is a group tour. Mid-tour withdrawal requires signing a release agreement, no refund.
- No pets or animals are allowed on the tour.
- Smoking is prohibited on the vehicle according to US federal law; please use designated smoking areas if needed.
- Due to rising fuel costs, effective May 18, 2026, a transportation surcharge of $5 per person per day will be added to the tour price and collected uniformly by the guide.
