We had a fantastic experience with Thomas Chiu. From the moment I got in the car, they were friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the ride. The car was clean, and the drive was smooth. Thomas Chiu was very knowledgeable about the best routes and even offered some great tips about the area. I really appreciated their punctuality and polite demeanor. I will definitely be booking again next time I need a ride. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a lovely time visiting the Corning Museum of Glass and the various sites of Niagara Falls. The Crowne Point Hotel was modern, clean, and the room was spacious. Our tour guide, Riven, was very conscientious and ensured our comfort and safety. The bus drive was smooth and safe thanks to the very capable and experienced bus driver.
