What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and pregnant women must not be more than 24 weeks at tour end.
- Booking requires providing complete and accurate name, gender, valid contact info and tour details to avoid travel disruption.
- Participants must purchase tickets collectively with the group; private or CityPass tickets are not allowed.
- Guides and drivers have the right to adjust itinerary sequence, stop times, or merge schedule due to weather, traffic or uncontrollable factors.
- If attractions close temporarily or during holidays, visits may be replaced or changed to exterior views to ensure tour richness.
- Children under 8 must use safety seats; prior notice is mandatory to arrange, failure to notify will incur penalties by guest responsibility.
- Please be punctual at gathering points; vehicles will not wait beyond scheduled time, punctuality is strictly enforced.
- This is a group activity; leaving mid-tour requires signing a waiver; unused portions are non-refundable.
- Complimentary items may not be delivered due to uncontrollable factors like traffic or weather; no refunds will be issued.
- Smoking is prohibited on the vehicle; designated smoking areas must be used.
- No pets or animals allowed on the tour.
- Due to rising fuel costs, a $5/person/day transportation surcharge will be added from May 18, 2026; collected by the guide during the tour.
