What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Minors or children under 18 must be accompanied by adults; unaccompanied minors or children cannot join. Pregnant women must not exceed 24 weeks of pregnancy by end of itinerary.
- Please provide accurate and complete information at booking, including name, gender, valid contact, and meeting point to avoid errors impacting travel.
- Participants must purchase attraction tickets together with the group; individual tickets or CityPass use is not allowed. Ticket and meal prices may change based on official notices.
- During travel, guides or drivers may adjust sightseeing order or stopover times per weather, traffic, and conditions to ensure smooth journey.
- If attractions close temporarily or due to holidays, substitutions with other sights will ensure a rich overall experience.
- Children under 8 must use safety seats; rental service available at $10 per person per day; please inform at booking for preparation.
- Strict adherence to assembly time is required; vehicles will not wait for latecomers. No compensation for delays from uncontrollable factors like weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, conflicts, or terrorism.
- Guests must carry valid ID (with photo) and present either paper or electronic itinerary voucher.
- This is a group activity; guests choosing to leave mid-trip must notify guide and sign a separate agreement; no refund for incomplete portions.
- Pets and animals are strictly prohibited on all itineraries.
- Smoking is prohibited onboard vehicles by federal law; smoking only allowed at designated areas.
- Due to rising fuel costs, a transportation surcharge of $5 per person per day will be applied starting May 18, 2026, uniformly collected.
