Pickup Airports: JFK (John F. Kennedy International Airport), LGA (LaGuardia Airport), EWR (Newark Liberty International Airport).
Reference Pickup Hours: 08:00 – 20:00
Shared Transfer Waiting Time: Dispatched according to daily flight schedules; in principle, the maximum waiting time will not exceed 2 hours. After arrival, please complete immigration, baggage claim, and customs procedures first, and keep your mobile phone accessible. The driver will arrange the pickup sequence based on actual flight conditions. Specific pickup times and meeting points are subject to same-day notifications.
[Recommended Arrival Airport | EWR Newark Liberty International Airport]
As the group's assembly hotel is located in the New Jersey area, we highly recommend arriving at EWR Newark Liberty International Airport. It is relatively closer to the assembly hotel, making pickup more convenient and helping to avoid potential traffic congestion when crossing New York City.
[Paid Private Airport Transfer]
If you prefer not to wait for a shared transfer, or if your flight arrives outside the complimentary shared transfer hours, you may book a paid private airport transfer in advance.
Reference Price: $120 per trip (for up to 4 passengers).
Applicable for one-way transfers from JFK, LGA, or EWR to the designated hotel.
Luggage Recommendation: Each guest is advised to bring one suitcase no larger than 26 inches. If there is a large group or oversized/excess luggage, please inform us in advance so we can confirm vehicle space and determine if a vehicle upgrade is required. Any additional costs will be subject to the actual arrangements.
Note: Traffic at New York airports and in the city can be heavy. In case of flight delays, adverse weather, road congestion, or temporary traffic controls, the actual pickup time may be adjusted. Please follow the driver's arrangements on the day.
