Designated Airports: JFK (John F. Kennedy International Airport), LGA (LaGuardia Airport), EWR (Newark Liberty International Airport)

Reference Transfer Window: 08:00 – 20:00

Waiting Time: Dispatched according to same-day flight schedules; maximum waiting time will not exceed 2 hours.

          Other important information

          • Mandatory items are covered under the group package discount. Regardless of the reason, no refunds or fee reductions will be issued if a guest chooses not to participate.
          • During peak seasons, due to limited hotel room availability, we may substitute your accommodation with a hotel of equivalent standard. Your understanding and support are greatly appreciated!
          • Service fees for the driver-guide, as well as optional activities not included in the tour package, will be collected in cash. Please budget for these expenses in your travel plans prior to joining the tour.
          • For tours with fixed pick-up locations, if you do not arrive at the designated pick-up point at the agreed time, we will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes to protect the rights of other travelers. We cannot wait beyond this time. Failure to arrive on time may result in missing the tour, and the company shall not be held liable nor provide any refund of the tour fee.
          • After payment, please ensure that the contact information provided with your order remains accessible, so that we can update you on your order status promptly. If your contact details change before the tour, please notify us immediately so that your guide can reach you on the day of departure. Should any financial loss arise due to our inability to contact you via the provided information for personal reasons, the company shall not be held liable for any related responsibility. Your understanding is appreciated.
          • All product prices are subject to fluctuation during peak travel seasons and holidays due to hotel pricing changes. Under such circumstances, the company reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
          • Upon receiving your tour voucher, please read the details carefully and print it out or save an electronic copy in advance. Please present it to your guide when joining the tour.
          • If you need to book transportation (such as flights, cruises, or buses for arrival/departure) or make other personal travel arrangements, please wait until you have received our tour confirmation email. The company shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or losses incurred from arrangements made prior to confirmation (e.g., in case the tour is sold out). Your understanding is appreciated.
          • In the event of force majeure circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather, war, or strikes, that prevent the tour from proceeding, the company will make every effort to ensure the safety of guests and their property. We reserve the right to cancel or modify part or all of the itinerary. The company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from force majeure (including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, and other expenses), and no refunds will be issued for the tour fees already paid.
          • If a guest withdraws from the tour on the day of departure or during the trip, or fails to participate in any part of the itinerary due to personal reasons (including but not limited to lack of travel documents, tardiness, illness, or accidents), the tour fees already paid are non-refundable, and no compensation in the form of alternative services will be provided.
          • All our vehicles are fully insured. However, given that unforeseen circumstances may arise during the trip, potentially preventing you from participating in the itinerary as planned, the company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect claims arising from accidents during the tour. We strongly recommend that you purchase commercial travel accident insurance separately to safeguard your interests.
          • Our tours are primarily designed for adults with independent mobility. We do not recommend participation for infants under 2 years of age, seniors over 75, or pregnant women. Should guests in these categories insist on joining the tour, they must assume all risks and responsibilities themselves. For guests over 75 years of age, a scanned copy or original of a liability waiver signed by the guest and at least one immediate family member must be provided prior to confirmation. Any sudden illness occurring during the trip is not the responsibility of the company, and guests shall bear full responsibility.
          • Some attractions may be closed due to holidays (such as Christmas), maintenance, or natural disasters. Whether an attraction can be visited is subject to the guide's decision on the day. The company shall not be held liable for any such closures.
          • The tour may involve the use of different vehicle models or changes to the tour vehicle and guide (which will not affect your travel experience in any way). The company reserves the right of final interpretation.
          • The itinerary sequence may be adjusted based on your specific tour date. You may consult your guide during the tour or contact us prior to departure to confirm the exact order. If you wish to leave the tour at a specific city en route, please contact us via email or phone in advance to reconfirm the arrangements for your departure day. Should your outbound flight be delayed due to changes in the itinerary sequence without prior confirmation, the company shall not be held liable. Your understanding is appreciated.
          • The driver's standard working day is 10 hours, calculated from the scheduled meeting time. No overtime fee will be charged for delays caused by normal itinerary execution. However, if overtime occurs due to guest requests (such as adding attractions or extending times), the cost shall be borne by the requesting guest(s) or shared among all passengers. Overtime caused by guest tardiness shall be borne by the late guest(s). The overtime rate is $120 per hour, with any partial hour counted as a full hour. Tips are calculated starting from the day service is provided. No refunds will be issued for tips in the event of mid-tour departure.
          • For guests booking our boutique small-group tours, full payment is required upon confirmation. For departures scheduled more than one month in advance, bookings of two or more passengers are guaranteed to run. For tours departing within one month, please check availability with us first before placing your order.
          • Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete information when booking, including full names, gender, contact details, and correct flight information or meeting points. This is to avoid any booking errors that may affect your travel. Please note that you will be solely responsible for any losses incurred due to incorrect information provided.
          • Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour; unaccompanied minors or children are not permitted. For the safety and well-being of expectant mothers, we do not recommend that pregnant women participate in our small-group tours.
          • In the event of unexpected transportation breakdowns due to unforeseen causes (including but not limited to mechanical failures, flat tires, etc.), we will promptly coordinate vehicle repairs or arrange a replacement of equivalent standard, and make every effort to ensure the itinerary proceeds. Please understand that any resulting waits, adjustments to the itinerary sequence, or delays are considered uncontrollable factors, and we shall not be held liable for any losses incurred.
          • Upon completion of your payment, we will send the tour voucher to your designated email address within 1-3 business days prior to departure. In the rare event that the tour is fully booked during peak seasons, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or itinerary.
          • For long-haul itineraries, airport transfers and university campus tours are handled by different guides who will coordinate seamlessly. If you are uncomfortable with this arrangement, please refrain from booking.
          • For all hotels included in our boutique small-group tours, specific room types are not guaranteed. If guests opt for triple or quadruple occupancy, we will make every effort to arrange rooms with two beds, but we cannot guarantee availability. Should you require extra beds, please inquire directly at the hotel front desk. Such requests are subject to the hotel's policies (particularly for US hotels) and are at your own expense.
          • Hotels offer various room types, such as King/Queen rooms with one large bed, or Double-Double rooms with two double-sized beds. The maximum legal occupancy per room ranges from 2 to 4 persons, including both adults and children. Additionally, each hotel has its own policy regarding security deposits (typically processed via credit card for authorization and refund); guests are expected to cooperate with these regulations upon arrival. We guarantee the number of rooms booked but cannot guarantee specific room types or locations (e.g., floor, view). Check-in time is generally after 3:00 PM.
          • Hotel Security Deposits: Each traveling party is required to carry a credit or debit card accepted at the destination. Upon check-in, guests must cooperate with the hotel's procedures for security deposit pre-authorization or payment. The deposit amount and payment methods are subject to the specific policies of each hotel. Provided there are no additional charges, the deposit will be refunded via the original payment method within 7-14 business days for US-issued cards, and 14-21 business days for international cards after check-out. Please understand that actual posting times may vary depending on bank processing. We are not responsible for recovering credit card deposits, but we can assist in checking the status with the hotel.
          • Smoking is strictly prohibited in US hotels. The use of self-heating food pots (e.g., self-heating hot pots) to cook food in guest rooms is also not allowed. Violators will be subject to a fine of USD 200-250 and may be held legally liable.
          • Boutique small-group tours do not permit guests to bring their own National Park Annual Passes or attraction tickets. If guests choose to use their own passes or tickets, we will not provide transportation services for that day, and guests will need to arrange their own transportation.
          • During the tour, the guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the visiting order, duration of stay, or meeting times of attractions as appropriate, based on weather, traffic, and other conditions, to ensure the smooth operation of the itinerary. In the event that an attraction is temporarily closed, or closed due to holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day), the guide will adjust the arrangement to an exterior view or substitute with another attraction to maintain the richness of the tour. Please note that opening hours and visitor capacity controls at attractions and national parks are subject to change. Any impact on the itinerary caused by such factors is considered force majeure, and no refunds will be issued. Your understanding is appreciated.
          • In the event of natural disasters, adverse weather, strikes, road conditions, or other force majeure factors, the company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary and hotel arrangements to ensure the safety and rights of travelers, with no refunds issued. Force majeure events may prevent us from reaching the designated pick-up or drop-off locations. We shall not be held liable for any inconvenience caused to guests by resulting delays, nor for any related expenses such as flights, trains, or other additional costs incurred.
          • Baggage Allowance: Due to vehicle size and passenger limits, each guest is permitted to bring one 26-inch suitcase. Any baggage exceeding this allowance may not be accommodated.
          • Please keep your belongings secure throughout the tour. In the event of luggage loss at a hotel or during sightseeing, please preserve the scene and report to the police immediately. Our guide will cooperate with the police investigation. To avoid disrupting the travel experience of other guests, our guide will not accompany you in handling the follow-up matters of lost luggage. Any expenses incurred as a result shall be borne by the guest. We recommend purchasing travel property insurance before departure.
          • The company shall not be held liable for any damage to or loss of guests' luggage, handbags, personal belongings, or other items. If needed, please purchase relevant personal overseas travel insurance.
          • If you are traveling with children under 8 years of age, you must inform our customer service team at the time of booking and provide details such as the child's age, to ensure a child safety seat is prepared in advance (USD 20 per use). Failure to provide this information may result in the inability to arrange a safety seat in time, which could lead to itinerary delays until the seat is secured. All costs and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the guest, including but not limited to: the rental fee for the infant/child safety seat, fines incurred for violating relevant laws and regulations by not securing the child in an appropriate safety seat, and any related expenses resulting from penalties (such as demerit points or license suspension) imposed on the driver/guide, as well as costs associated with guest complaints.
          • Guests joining our boutique small-group tours are required to pay the full tour fare in China. All other expenses not included in the tour package must be paid in cash overseas.
          • Please pay all gratuities and attraction admission fees in cash to the guide on the day of departure. Gratuities are non-refundable in the event of early departure from the tour.
