Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

• Minors or children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minors or children traveling alone cannot join. For the safety of pregnant travelers, participation is allowed only if the pregnancy will not exceed 24 weeks by the end of the itinerary.
• When booking, please provide accurate and complete information, including name, gender, valid contact details, preferably a mobile phone number for notifications if needed, and the correct joining location, to avoid booking errors that may affect travel. Any loss caused by incorrect information provided by you will be your own responsibility.
• Tour participants must purchase attraction tickets through the guide during the tour. Guests may not bring their own tickets or use CityPass. Attraction admission fees and meal costs during the tour may change according to temporary official notices from the attractions, and the prices announced by the attractions on the day shall prevail.
• During the actual trip, the guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the order of attractions, duration of visits, or meeting times according to weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the itinerary runs smoothly.
• If an attraction is temporarily closed, or closed during holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year, and cannot be visited, the guide will adjust the visit to an exterior viewing or substitute another attraction according to the actual situation to maintain the richness of the itinerary. Opening hours and capacity controls for attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to public health conditions. If this affects the itinerary, it is considered a force majeure factor; thank you for your understanding.
• Children under 8 years old must use a child safety seat when joining the tour. Rental service is available at $10.00 per person per day. Please make a note in advance when booking the itinerary so preparation can be made. Any violations or fines caused by failure to notify in advance will be borne by the guest. If a coach bus is arranged on the travel day, no child safety seat is required and the fee may be refunded.
• Many tourist attractions in the itinerary require participants to have basic health conditions. Travelers with disabilities or limited mobility should contact in advance before booking to obtain relevant policy information. If timely notice is not given, wheelchair-lift buses or suitable seats cannot be guaranteed.
• Vehicle-based group tour products may be divided into different service levels. Please refer to the product page for details.
• Tour participation terms and conditions may be updated multiple times, and the latest version shall apply. Travelers must carefully read the relevant terms and conditions before booking. Services are performed only under these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specifically provided in the terms or by law, no compensation will be made for any indirect, compensatory, incidental, or punitive damages.
• Due to the continued increase in fuel costs and vehicle operating costs, from departures on May 18, 2026, vehicle-based group tour products will require a transportation surcharge of $5 per person per day, to be collected by the guide during the itinerary.
• To ensure the itinerary is completed smoothly, travelers are responsible for strictly following the meeting times given by the guide. If more than ten minutes have passed after the meeting time, the vehicle will depart without waiting. The tour will make every effort to provide punctual service, but in the event of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks, punctual arrival at pickup or drop-off points cannot be guaranteed. The tour is not responsible for any inconvenience or additional costs caused by resulting delays, including costs related to flights, trains, buses, or other travel expenses.
• For operational convenience, travelers may be transferred from the original vehicle to another vehicle during the trip, and different guides or drivers may be assigned to provide service.
• The following suggestions will help you check in faster and more smoothly: bring a valid photo ID and present either a printed or electronic itinerary.
• This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the tour midway, please notify the guide in advance and obtain the guide’s consent. You will need to sign a tour-leaving agreement. Any unfinished portion will be deemed voluntarily forfeited, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Complimentary items in the itinerary will not be refunded if they cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather, or if you are unable to participate for personal reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
• According to U.S. federal law, smoking is prohibited on the vehicle during the tour. If you need to smoke, please use designated smoking areas.
• Pets and animals are not allowed on any itinerary.
• In case of emergency, please contact the emergency contact information shown on your trip confirmation.
• Children are charged the same price as adults.
• A minimum of two travelers is required to form a group, and departure is guaranteed once formed.
