Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.

• Minors or children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied minors or children may not join. The guardian of a participating child must provide proof of guardianship or a parental authorization consent letter. If the accompanying adult is neither the child’s parent nor guardian, consent must be obtained from the child’s parent or guardian to accompany the child across the border; the letter must include the parent’s or guardian’s name and contact information. For safety reasons, pregnant travelers may join only if they will be no more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the itinerary.
• When booking, please provide accurate and complete information, including name, gender, valid documents such as passport and visa, valid contact information preferably a mobile phone, accurate flight information or joining location, etc., to avoid booking errors that may affect travel. Any loss caused by incorrect information provided by you shall be borne by you.
• Hotels have different room types, such as one King/Queen bed room or two Double/Full beds room. The legal maximum occupancy of each room is 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. Hotels also have different deposit policies, usually by credit card for deposit authorization and refund, and guests must cooperate with the applicable rules. The service provider guarantees the number of rooms but does not guarantee specific room type or location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
• Guests must purchase attraction tickets from the tour guide during the tour and may not bring their own tickets or use CityPass. Attraction ticket prices and group meal prices may change according to temporary official notices from attractions; the price announced by the attraction on the day shall prevail.
• For operational convenience, the itinerary order may be adjusted as needed to ensure smooth operation, but included items will not be reduced.
• During the actual trip, the guide or driver may adjust the order of sightseeing, length of stay, or meeting time according to weather, traffic and other conditions to ensure smooth operation.
• If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed on holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year, making it impossible to visit, the guide will adjust to an outside visit or substitute another attraction according to actual conditions to maintain itinerary richness. Opening hours and capacity controls of attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to public health conditions; if the itinerary is affected, this is considered force majeure, and your understanding is appreciated.
• Children under 8 must use a child safety seat. Rental service is available at $10.00 per person per day. Please note this in advance when booking so preparation can be made. Any violation or fine caused by failure to notify in advance shall be borne by the guest. If a coach bus is arranged on the travel day and a safety seat is not required, the fee may be refunded.
• Many attractions in the itinerary require participants to have basic health conditions. Travelers with disabilities or limited mobility should contact in advance before booking to obtain relevant policy information. If notice is not provided in time, a wheelchair-lift bus or suitable seating cannot be guaranteed.
• Guests must prepare all documents and materials required for entry or cross-border travel during the trip. Entry or exit is subject to the decision of each country’s customs authority. Denial of entry is considered force majeure, and paid tour fees cannot be refunded.
• Service levels are divided into Silver Value, Gold Comfort, Platinum Premium and Diamond Luxury.
• Relevant participation terms and conditions may be updated multiple times. Travelers must carefully read the latest applicable terms before booking. Services are performed only under those terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified in the terms or by law, no compensation will be made for any indirect, compensatory, incidental or punitive damages.
• Due to continuously rising fuel costs and increased vehicle operating costs, from May 18, 2026 departure dates, itineraries involving vehicle service will require a transportation surcharge: USD $5 per person per day in the United States and CAD $5 per person per day in Canada. The guide will collect it during the trip.
• Transportation surcharge special notes: no fuel surcharge is collected on airport pickup or drop-off days if there is no other bus itinerary arranged that day; no fuel surcharge is collected for days without bus service, such as when guests take park shuttles on their own to and from theme parks, or when the day is entirely a train itinerary with no guide or bus service. For U.S.–Canada cross-border itineraries, the surcharge is collected according to the actual location of the itinerary: USD $5 per person per day when in the U.S., and CAD $5 per person per day when in Canada.
• To ensure the itinerary runs smoothly and completely, travelers are responsible for strictly following the meeting times given by the guide. If you are more than ten minutes late for the meeting time, the vehicle will depart without waiting. In case of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdown, war or terrorist attacks, on-time arrival at pickup/drop-off locations cannot be guaranteed. Any inconvenience or additional expenses such as flights, trains, buses or other travel costs caused by such delays are not the responsibility of the operator.
• For operational convenience, travelers may be transferred from the original vehicle to another vehicle during the trip, and different guides and drivers may be assigned to provide service.
• The following will help you check in faster and more smoothly: bring a valid photo ID and present a printed or electronic itinerary.
• This is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group during the trip, please inform the guide in advance and obtain the guide’s consent. You must sign a leave-the-group agreement. Any unfinished portion will be regarded as voluntarily waived, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Complimentary items in the itinerary are non-refundable if they cannot be provided due to force majeure such as traffic or weather, or if you cannot participate for personal reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
• According to applicable laws, smoking is prohibited on the vehicle during the tour, and most hotel rooms are also non-smoking. Hotel cleaning staff and security staff may retain evidence. Once smoking is found, a cleaning fee of at least USD $250 per night may be charged. This fee is the guest’s own responsibility. If you need to smoke, please use designated smoking areas.
• Pets and animals are not allowed on any itinerary.
• Luggage must be inspected when crossing the border. Travelers must declare dutiable items to customs at the border. The operator is not responsible for supervising luggage during border crossing. Travelers must claim all luggage at the border before continuing the itinerary. Unclaimed luggage cannot cross the border. If a traveler is denied entry, free bus transfer will not be provided. Please prepare all relevant proof and documents before joining a cross-border itinerary.
• Only for products that include airport pickup service: each order includes only one airport pickup service within the free pickup time range. If pickup cannot be arranged due to weather, flight delay or other reasons, transportation expenses are at your own cost.
• If you hold a U.S. or Canadian passport, you must bring a valid U.S. or Canadian passport.
• If you hold a U.S. permanent resident document or Canadian permanent resident document, you must bring a valid passport and the U.S. or Canadian permanent resident document. Make sure your U.S. or Canadian permanent resident document is valid and carry it with you.
